The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer/Parent upon payment.
Payments and Refunds
Payments shall be made in full prior to the child commencing their block of sessions. Payments are non-refundable except where written notice has been given to withdraw the child following the first session of the booked block of sessions. Notice to withdraw must be given within 48 hours of the first session. Such refunds will be made within 10 working days of the notice and a total of £10.00 will be deducted from your original payment amount to cover the cost of that session and administration.
Attendance and Cancellations
Sessions are to be attended consecutively.
Sessions may occasionally be cancelled due to the venue being unavailable or for any other unforeseen circumstances. At such times, the customer will be given as much notice as practicably possible and additional sessions will be added to the end of the block period or carried over to the new term as applicable. Refunds will not be given.
For sessions held outdoors, these may be cancelled at any point during the session time if the coach considers the weather conditions to be too severe. As a guide, this would be in times of thunder storms, torrential rain, hailstones and a snow covered pitch. In such circumstances, these sessions will not be refunded, nor will make-up sessions be permitted.
In the event the child is unable to attend one or more sessions for any reason, these sessions will be considered 'missed'. Missed sessions will not be refunded and make-up sessions will not be permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment. Refunds will be given for any outstanding sessions.
The child shall be deemed to be under the care and control of the customer/parent or designated responsible adult and such person will be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the child whilst attending each session and whilst on the premises. If the behaviour of the child and/or the responsible adult is deemed to be unacceptable (e.g. offensive or abusive) either of them may be excluded from the session and/or future sessions. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances. The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable shall be determined by Ready, Steady Goal!
The information given in the Registration Form is accurate to the customer's knowledge. Any changes in such information will be notified in writing immediately.
The child must wear appropriate clothing and footwear i.e. sportswear and trainers throughout the sessions.
Customers/Parents are responsible for providing refreshments for their child.
The Child or the Customer/Parent/Designated Adult must not be suffering from any known medical or other condition that could interfere with his/her participation or put others at risk.
Exclusion of Liability
Ready, Steady Goal and it's coaches accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss damage, expense, delay suffered or incurred by the customer/parent or designated adult.
Any Injury incurred by the child or responsible adult during attendance will not be the responsibility of Ready, Steady Goal or it's coaches.
