Terms & Conditions

The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer/Parent upon payment.

Payments and Refunds

Payment of the set monthly fee is to be paid by the last working day of the month prior to which payment relates to. For example, for your child to attend sessions in July, payment would need to be received by the last working day in June. If payment is not received by 5th of the month which payment relates to, it may be assumed that your child is not continuing and the place offered to another child on the waiting list. Where a child joins part way through a month, the fees will adjusted accordingly. Once payment has been received, refunds will not be permitted

Attendance and Cancellations

Sessions are to be attended consecutively.

Sessions may occasionally be cancelled due to the venue being unavailable or for any other unforeseen circumstances. At such times, the customer will be given as much notice as practicably possible and credit for the cancelled session will be carried forward to the following month. Refunds will not be given.

For sessions held outdoors, these may be cancelled at any point during the session time if the coach considers the weather conditions to be too severe. As a guide, this would be in times of thunder storms, torrential rain, hailstones and a snow covered pitch. In such circumstances, the sessions will be considered 'lost'. In the event the child is unable to attend one or more sessions for any reason, these sessions will also be considered 'lost'. Lost sessions will not be refunded, nor will make-up sessions be permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low enrolment. Refunds will be given for any outstanding sessions.

Customers/Parents Responsibilities

The child shall be deemed to be under the care and control of the customer/parent or designated responsible adult and such person will be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the child whilst attending each session and whilst on the premises. If the behaviour of the child and/or the responsible adult is deemed to be unacceptable (e.g. offensive or abusive) either of them may be excluded from the session and/or future sessions. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances. The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable shall be determined by Ready, Steady Goal!

The information given in the Registration Form is accurate to the customer's knowledge. Any changes in such information will be notified in writing immediately.

The child must wear appropriate clothing and footwear i.e. sportswear and trainers/football boots as appropriate throughout the sessions.

Customers/Parents are responsible for providing refreshments for their child.

The Child or the Customer/Parent/Designated Adult must not be suffering from any known medical or other condition that could interfere with his/her participation or put others at risk.

Exclusion of Liability

Ready, Steady Goal and it's coaches accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss damage, expense, delay suffered or incurred by the customer/parent or designated adult.

Any Injury incurred by the child or responsible adult during attendance will not be the responsibility of Ready, Steady Goal or it's coaches.
